Thank you all for your responses and your interest! Currently we are trying to find out how many of us are seriously interested. In order to start the project we need to purchase land, we have several different beautiful options of various sizes. To launch the project we would need a minimum of 10 participants who can purchase their suitable home from studio size up to a 3 bedroom cottage. The prices are depending on size, style and your choice of interior completion, starting from 150.000 US$. We would ask for 50% downpayment. These are very exciting times and we will be very happy to hear back and meet you personaly, either in Jamaica, Europe or USA.
